IDA Spa
The private spa centre includes 3 jacuzzis with relaxing hydromassage, 4 saunas, a relaxation area and a bar.
Inspired by the bastions of Narva
IDA Spa resembles the bastions of Narva, and its interior builds a bridge between the past and present of this border city. The dignified, massive forms of the bastions fit well with the architecture of the bath centre.
The spa is open both to hotel guests and to visitors and residents of the city. Rituals with bath whisks (veniks) and body scrubs are held in the Russian sauna.

- Finnish sauna
Victoria
In the Finnish sauna the air is hot and dry and the walls are lined with wood. Two-tier benches let you choose between different temperatures. The heat comes from the hot stones of the stove; throwing water on them briefly humidifies the air. The temperature rises to 70–95 degrees. The sauna works best when hot and cold phases alternate – every session should be followed by cooling off with cold water.
Russian saunaPax
The Russian sauna is the only one in our spa where you can use a venik (bath whisk). We provide modern artificial veniks that are just as good as birch ones. They may not cure 99 ailments, but a visit to the sauna is good for your health. Compared with the Finnish sauna the air is much more humid, but the routine is similar: the body is heated several times and cooled with cold water.
Aroma saunaHonor
The eucalyptus-scented sauna makes breathing easy – true relaxation! What makes the aroma sauna special is that it supports your health with natural essential oils extracted from plants and herbs. The scent is processed by the part of the brain that governs emotions, and the aroma is also absorbed through the skin. It lifts the mood and relaxes, stimulates the metabolism and immune system, nourishes the skin, relieves tension and relaxes the airways.
Steam saunaKristervall
Like a regular sauna, the steam sauna makes you sweat. Steam enters the room through a steam generator at almost boiling temperature. The best effect is achieved at 43–46 °C and a very high relative humidity of around 100%, which is why you are surrounded by warm mist the whole time.
